Cancellation Policy
●ご予約日時ののキャンセルや変更は24時間前までにお電話にてご連絡ください
●予約の 48 時間以内にキャンセルおよび/またはスケジュールを変更したい場合は、予定されていたサービスの 50% の料金が請求されます。 24 時間以内にキャンセル/再スケジュールした場合、サービスの 100% が請求されます。
●ご予約のお時間に遅れる場合、ご予約のお時間より前にご連絡頂きますようお願い致します
●ご予約のお時間に遅れて来店されますと、メニューや時間などがご希望に沿えない場合がございます
●ご連絡なしに15分以上遅れた場合はキャンセル扱いとさせて頂きます
●長時間の施術のご予約の際にデポジットとしてクレジットカードの番号をお伺いする場合がございます
急なキャンセルや変更は他のお客様にご迷惑をおかけしてしまいます

1. If you would like to Cancel and/ or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a 50% FEE of the service you were scheduled for. If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the service.
2. Any lateness more than 15 minutes after the appointment time without a notice will be considered as no-show and will be charged 100% of the service.
3. If you are not on time, we may not be able to provide the service you’ve booked for or may need to reschedule to another date. Cancellation fee will be charged 100% of the service if you reschedule to another date.
4. TO THOSE WHO ARE TRAVELING Please avoid booking on the day of your arrival or your departure. Cancelling due to flight delays or cancels will not be an exception of our cancellation policy.
5. Some long process appointments now require credit card information for booking
6.If you have dyed black within 2 years/ used a boxed hair color recently, we are sorry, but we may refuse the appointments for coloring.
7. We will send you a confirmation email and if we couldn’t get a reply within 48hrs from your reservation, we may have to cancel your appointment.
*Exception: illness (accepted with doctors note), accident, natural disaster
